Participants will learn practical tips and simple reminders for taking time each day to pause\, breathe\, relax\, and do something for themselves. Because when caregivers take care of themselves\, they are better able to care for the people they love. \nLas fiestas pueden ser una época de alegría\, pero también pueden generar estrés adicional para los padres y cuidadores\, especialmente para aquellos que tienen niños pequeños.
