This class is hybrid- you may attend on-line or in-person- If you choose to attend on-line: a Zoom link will be sent to your email provided with registration, after midnight the evening before the registered class. Emotional competence is the ability for parents and children to able to recognize and express their feelings in appropriate ways. This class discusses ways to build emotional competence in children.
