Nature Play: Water-Mission Manor Park

Parents/caregivers and children will learn how the desert hides its water. Families will explore using water as a teaching tool to learn about water’s properties. Under the guidance of a trained nature-based teacher, families will explore creative ways to use water safely with children by participating in three or four outdoor developmentally appropriate fun activities. Related story time is also included. All participants will be given a Family Activity Page in English and Spanish that will help them extend the learning and fun at home.
