Nature Play- Worms/Robles El FRC

Parents/Caregivers and their children will explore how worms are a big influence on the Sonoran Desert.

Under the guidance of a trained nature-based teacher, families will engage in activities that introduce young children to some of the 2700 (!) different kinds of earthworms. Are they creepy? No! Are they crawly? Yes. You would be, too, if you didn’t have arms or legs! Come join the fun in three or four outdoor developmentally appropriate activities.

Related story time is also included. All participants will be given a Family Activity Page in English and Spanish that will help them extend their learning at home.
