Wonders of the Desert: Nature Play & Storytime: Birds and Nests

Wonders of the Desert invites children ages 2–5 their caregivers to explore nature through playful, hands-on outdoor activities led by a trained educator. Each session includes engaging experiences like digging, building, and crafting, plus a themed Storytime. Families also receive a bilingual activity page to continue learning at home.

Birds and Nests: Children and caregivers learn about the different birds that live in the desert and how they build nests to keep their eggs and babies safe. They explore bird behaviors, the materials birds use for nests, and the importance of caring for wildlife habitats. This experience fosters curiosity, observation skills, and respect for desert birds and their homes.
