Wonders of the Desert: Nature Play & Storytime: WATER

Wonders of the Desert invites children ages 2–5 their caregivers to explore nature through playful, hands-on outdoor activities led by a trained educator. Each session includes engaging experiences like digging, building, and crafting, plus a themed Storytime. Families also receive a bilingual activity page to continue learning at home.

Water: Children and caregivers learn about the importance of water in the Sonoran Desert, discovering how plants, animals, and people adapt to limited water sources. They explore where water comes from, how it moves through the desert, and why it’s vital for all life. This experience fosters curiosity, respect for natural resources, and a deeper connection to the desert environment.
