During this workshop, mothers will learn about pelvic health and common issues such as leaking, prolapse, pain, and other conditions many women experience (20–30 minutes). This will be followed by interactive pelvic floor and core connection exercises and a Q&A session (10–15 minutes). Children are welcome to attend.
